I have the right to refuse any project. I will decline orders I don't feel comfortable completing or feel able to work on.

Commissions are not first come, first served.

Unless agreed upon otherwise, my work is for personal usage only. When commissioning me, please state whether your intent for the commission is for personal or commercial use. Personal uses include profile pictures, social media banners, etc. Commercial uses include promotional art, twitch assets, merchandise, etc.

I have the right to post and use your commission accordingly. I maintain all rights to usage of my artwork. Unless agreed upon otherwise, I may or may not stream the process, post on social media, use in artbooks, prints, etc. For situations like artbooks and prints, I will not use original characters unless granted permission. Please discuss with me if needed to keep secret for a particular due date (debuts, birthdays, etc.).

Commissions cannot be edited or have changes made by the commissioner nor a 3rd party. This includes copying and tracing.

Do not claim authorship or creator of commissions. I keep all ownership of the artwork.

My art cannot be minted as an NFT (Non Fungible Token). No exceptions.

My work (personal or commission) is not allowed for AI training. No exceptions.

Payment will be made through PayPal Invoice. Please discuss with me for other payment options. However, I will most likely stick with PayPal.

Full payment must be sent before I begin your commission.

Refunds will only be granted before I start on your commission. Once I begin working on your commission, it is non-refundable.

I do not allow chargebacks. Please discuss with me any issues you may have.

Commissions may take up to 3 months. Commissions are not my only source of income. I reserve the right to work on other projects outside of commission work as well. If due to health issues or other circumstances that delay your order, I will notify you.

You may request status updates at any point in time. I will send an initial sketch for your approval and check in on my own accord.

I will permit 1 major correction & 3 minor corrections to your commission. Outside of that, I may request an additional fee per correction. Please be clear and concise when you initially contact me to avoid needing corrections.
